Our super sweet corn is usually ripe by the last week of July. We pick the corn every morning at 6:00 A.M. and have it ready for you by 9:30 A.M.. If you want to order 10 dozen or more, we will give a discount, but call a day ahead. We also sell our corn in Plymouth, at 56th and Nathan Lane. ![]() |

Sweet Corn Recipes Corn Custard (the way Bill Bauer likes his sweet corn)
Prepare 4 cups corn, cooked and cut off the cob, add ½ cup milk.
If using frozen corn thaw in 1/2 cup milk.
